My love affair with baking began as a teenager, drawn by the pure joy on people's faces when they tasted something I made. Growing up in a household where both parents were wonderful cooks, I was always in the kitchen, absorbing the magic of creating something delicious from simple ingredients.

While hospitality courses in college gave me confidence and technique, my real passion lies in experimenting, playing with different ingredients and discovering how textures and flavors can blend together to create something that goes beyond traditional expectations. I'm always dreaming up new combinations that surprise and delight.

As a wife, mom and now a proud country Nana to my granddaughter, I understand how food brings families together and creates lasting memories. From my cottage bakery here in the Connecticut countryside, I pour that same love into every small batch I create.
